At The Animal Nook, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please email theanimalnook@outlook.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless:

• The wrong item was sent.
• The item is defective.
• The item was damaged during transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
